Nestled Naga Studio retains ownership of all work produced for the Client. The client gains an indefinite license for personal use.
Any material or ideas prepared or submitted to the client not chosen to produce or for which they have not paid the invoices for will remain under the ownership of Nestled Naga Studio.
Schedules or time estimates are subject to change upon notification in writing.
Any revisions, additions, or alterations to the project modifying the terms of the agreement as the services to be performed and not included in any fee specified, shall be billed as additional services. Such additional services shall include, but not be limited to, changes in the extent of work, changes in the complexity of any elements of the project, and any changes made after approval has been given for a specific stage of design, documentation, or preparation of artwork.
The client will be required to proofread and approve all elements of final designs. Approval must be provided before production can continue and artwork is released. Corrections, if required, will be identified in writing, on proofs, artwork, facsimiles, or digital proofs and submitted for Nestled Naga Studio to revise and resubmit for client approval.
The Client agrees that Nestled Naga Studio is entitled to claim authorship of the design, and will be permitted editorial credits to Nestled Naga Studio on all published or manufactured work.
Should this project be terminated, for any reason, the Client will pay Nestled Naga Studio for the work completed to date, along with all expenses incurred on the project. Any advance of fees provided will be credited against the amount due.
The client agrees to never use any work produced by Nestled Naga Studio in any way with "AI" (generative or otherwise) or NFTs. The client furture agrees that any action to break the previous statement shall grant Nestled Naga Studio damages equal to the full monetary value gained from the use of any work Nestled Naga Studio produced, or any work derived from said work.

Process

• Please prepare a detailed and concise description with references to any colors, outfits, locations, etc. Please include examples if you have any.
• Any ideas or wishes for the composition or tone (even simple stick figure drawings of poses are an immense help!)
• I will send you up to four thumbnail sketches for approval or changes.

• Once the sketch is approved at least half of the quoted price is required before going forward.
• Then refining and detailing. You will receive regular updates.
• Up to three minor changes can be made after this point. Anything beyond that might increase the quoted price.

• Rendering.

• Once the piece is completed you will receive all files at the previously discussed sizes and resolutions.
